How about Boma for breakfast?

The menu sounds interesting and I'd love to try it, but I would like to hear some reviews first. Good, bad, or only ordinary?
Also, would this breakfast be terribly inconvenient on a MK morning? We'll have our own car and we will most likely stay at CBR. We do plan to visit AK, but we are doing Donald's that day.
Any opinions? Suggestions? Let's hear 'em!

We always go for breakfast there at least once per trip. Good buffet selection and mighty fine coffee. With a car, it is doable on your MK day.

Boma for breakfast was just lovely! I prefer it over Boma dinner. It has all of your normal breakfast foods and also some with a "African" flair. Lots of delicious pastries and fresh fruit as well. There are several east-facing windows where the sun just pours in in the mornings. Try the "frunch" which is a combination of juices. It was great!

I do believe BOMA has the best breakfast buffet. The coffee and passion fruit juice are great and they make your omlette. As far as MK day goes you can do it with a car but if this is the only time you are going to be there the lobby and the animal viewing areas should not be missed, so make the ps as early as you can.

Loved Boma for breakfast. My friend prefers the Swan's buffet, but they didn't have swiss cheese omelets with grilled vegetables.

BOMA for breakfast is the best. The omlets made to order are fantastic, the frunch is great, the pastries and fresh fruit are in abundance and the pressed pot coffee is the best. AS you can tell we love it there.

Here's another vote for breakfast at Boma's! We ate breakfast there in December. It really was our best breakfast of the trip. We will be returning for breakfast and dinner in June.

I had breakfast there yesterday morning. It is excellent! I had to go back for another cup of oatmeal, it was so good. Lots of variety.

It is not a character breakfast. A family in front of us had a fit when they saw there were no characters. The Mom said they were told by reservations that it was a character breakfast and they were so disappointed. She called for a manager and he offered to ride them anywhere on property to a character breakfast. I'm not sure what they ended up doing. My guess is that they got confused with the character breakfast at AK, not AKL.

Boma's is one of our favorite restaurants at WDW for both breakfast & dinner. They serve a variety of foods, & the CMs are more than willing to discuss the food items.
