How about AK to DTD????

Someone else just asked how to get from the MK to DTD...but how about from AK to DTD???? We are staying at POP...would it be best to just go back to our resort and catch the bus from there???

That is what *we* ended up doing. Went from AK to Pop and then Pop to DTD. One of the bus drivers suggested that you could also to to the resort closest to DTD (Saratoga Springs????? I think he said) then take the bus from there to DTD. We had to stop back at the room real quick anyway...so we went back to Pop.

This is one thing I REALLY wish Disney would fix. I mean seriously....how many people would jump at the chance to take a bus from AK or DHS to DTD? Both of those parks are prime 1/2-3/4 day parks that many folks would like to go to DTD from.

Buses from resorts to DTD tend to be less frequent.

Here's what the person recommended on the other thread and it makes a lot of sense...
Take the bus to Saratoga Springs and walk over. Get off at Congress if you're eating at the Marketplace or the main pool and cut through the Turf club and over the walkway towards Cirque if you're eating at the Westside.
