How about a WW challenge??? Inspired by the Alex challenge

Day 1 is down here, Alex and I hit my bottom point allowance on the nose!! Even with our anniversary dinner!!!! :teeth:

That clippie is MINE!! Hahahahhahaha ;)
 
Ok... I have to admit to being a bit bothered.....
I have been thinking about the people that feel it is important to them to stick with the weight watchers program as written.
I have had a breakthrough!!! I was looking at the custom challenge thread and I realize we can leave the diet as is and use the excersize.
So....for anyone who wants to participate just go post on the custom challenge thread (it would obviously have to be done individually) and you too can have a healthful challenge!!
I just felt bad anyone had to feel left out :)
 
I am going to take this challenge and see what happens. Though Weightwatchers online has reduced my points by 4 this week

Ok Alex!! Day 2 is over and I used 28 of the 29 points I am allowed for the purpose of the challenge!!! SO far So GOOD!!! 5 day to go till the clippie is mine!!!! IF I make it all the way through are you going to place my clippie in my sig for me??:rolleyes:

I missed the start date for Alex's challenge. I've been so busy with work and just peeking in here and there and trying to get ready for this business trip that I missed this thread!!!

I definitely would have taken Alex's challenge, because staying one point above the bottom is not that difficult on Weight Watchers. You could eat a bathtub full of vegetables pretty much and still be within your points and healthy. Even though Alex is not as familiar with weight watchers as he is Atkins I think his idea was a real good one!!!!!

When's the next challenge Alex? I want in!

If I am not mistaken I believe Alex had said as long as you did it for a full 7 days you could start whenever. Check with him to be sure though!!
 
Day 3 down. 29 of 29!!! Yippeeee!

I almost thought I went over. I had about 6 cheesy popcorns that weren't planned in, but I found some fries that had spilled out of my bag that weren't eaten, so I exchanged them and made it!! Very happy about this progress. ANd I went for a walk today and found a very beautiful area to walk in. have a great day everyone!

Sunday: 20 I even went to an outside birthday party (beautiful day!). I sat f a r a w a y from the table with all the chips, etc. I NEVER even walked over there. When they brought out the cake and ice cream, I ate the salad I had brought for just that purpose!

i have been gone and very busy - but i'll check-in since it seems like others are. I'm still good on the Alex challenge - don't have my pts for each day in front of me, but it's in my journal.

i'm good - but i'll admit i'll be ready for a day with a few more than 19 pts!!!!!
 
I hear ya, OhMom! Hitting the minimum is hard!! It has made me much better at planning out my day's points however. :) I can't wait to use the full range again!! :teeth:

Friday that new clippie will be in my siggy!! ;)
