I do not get much computer time that is NOT designing, so it took me a long time to get caught up. Your family and pictures are adorable. These were my favorites! What special memories your kiddies will have with this special trip with Grandma.

Hi!!! Thank you so much for the sweet thoughts and prayers! Still waiting to see the specialist-hopefully soon. Last night was the worst ever I think....I was in the bathroom literally shaking because of the pain. I'll be on the phone first thing in the morning to see what's going on with that appointment for sure!

I am sorry you are not feeling so well. Have they run any tests to see if it is your Gallbladder? I felt the same way you are describing. I suffered with the pain and nausea for weeks because I thought it was stress related (right before my wedding). Finally I could not take it anymore and Ron took me to the ER because the pain was so bad that I could not breath. They did a scan and sent me right in for emergency surgery - I had to have my gallbladder removed.
I really hope you get better soon! Email if you need anything.

Yeah my doctor thinks it's my gallbladder...just waiting for an appointment with the specialist to see if that's what it is or if something else is wrong. I'll be picking you and Lisa's brains if that's what they say is wrong with me so I know what to expect! I so don't have time for surgery right now-we literally have plans every weekend for the rest of the year!!

Are you sooooo excited?? I'm coming to check in on your report too but I'm getting excited for you!!!

So, you don't have a gallbladder either? Me either!!! So, you know the "issues" that go with not having one. I'll take that any day over the pain I felt with gallstones.

You can just have your own little "No Gallbladdes" club! Maybe I'll get to be part of it soon!

I wish I hadn't eaten since Tues. I bought a bag of candy on clearance and it has my favorite in it. Heath and Milk Duds. Yumm!!!
I didn't know you were getting migraines too! I get them too. Not as frequently as I used to. I have noticed that stress and lack of sleep brings them on. Excedrin Migraine and a reg Coke works really well, if you can catch it in the early stages. You poor thing. You're a hot mess!

Yup...I'm officially a "hot mess". The guys at the station know it's not a good day when I go back to the pop machine (or I'm lazy and call back there and ask them to bring it to me!!) and get a coke. That's about the only thing that helps while I'm at work.

Alright...I've got to finish getting the house picked up. I've been pretty lazy today since I was up most of the night in pain...

Our friends found an attorney in MI and they're moving forward with the adoption process to get as much done now as they can. They're at Disney right now (lucky them!!) but when they get back we're getting together so Angie can tell Corbin about the Yeti ride! He was soo sweet. We had dinner with them Friday night before they left and he asked them to take a picture of Mickey and Nemo/Crush for Carter "because he really likes them!". What a cute kid sometimes! The rest of the weekend I was ready to beat him for just not listening but he has his moments that's for sure!

So this weekend we had a fundraiser for our Auxiliary and a firefighter who's house burned down on Tuesday afternoon. Next weekend Dan's playing paintball and we're thinking about going to Charleston to the aquarium for Carter's birthday ( a little early). The weekend after that I'm going to a craft show with a good friend and cleaning the house. The next weekend is the weekend after Thanksgiving-I'll probably sleep all weekend! The weekend after that is our kid's christmas party and adult party for the fire department which should be fun. Then we're off to Disney the next weekend. When we get back from Disney, we're heading off to MI for Christmas. Ugh! I can't believe the year's almost over!!!

As for Disney planning....I'm a bit slacking. I really need to get on that soon though!

My mom's coming the week of Thanksgiving so we're going to Charleston for a day. We're also going to head to the beach and Savannah while we're at it. I should only have to take two days off since we're closed Thursday and Friday which works out great! I'll cook Thanksgiving dinner on Thursday and Wednesday night we're having about 35 people over (the number keeps growing!) for a Low Country Boil so my mom can meet friends here and just get to relax with our friends. Should be a lot of fun!

I also signed up for the houseparty dot com website and got an Xbox party so we're going to do that the night of our cookout and stuff before Thanksgiving. Should be a good time!

Alright...my children are being super crazy....Corbin didn't take a nap and Carter slept for about 30 minutes today....

Alright...need to go check on Jill's PTR and finish packing my box to send to Betsy for our baskets for December. My list keeps growing....

No new updates right now unfortunetly. Last night I was terribly sick...literally in the bathroom shaking because I was in so much pain... Not really how I like to spend my evenings! Today I feel better but exhausted. It's amazing how much a couple hours of that just drains you.

I'll be back to get the end of the trip up here though for sure!! I hate to keep y'all waiting! Alright....Dan's on the phone with his mom and the boys are running around like crazys...

THANK YOU!! I didn't even think about that this morning to be honest! I can't wait!! Life's been so darned crazy with everything else going on. I better get my butt busy here pretty soon!

Probably this weekend we're going to have something very small for Carter's birthday so that next weekend I can clean before my mom gets here. Last night we spent the night cleaning out Carter's side of the dresser to see what he needed for birthday/Christmas. Tonight I've got to finish Corbin's side. Tomorrow night I have an Auxiliary meeting and I think Dan's playing paintball all weekend so I should be able to get quite a bit of cleaning done. I'm trying to sort through the toys and stuff to get out what they don't play with to make room before Christmas.

Alright....back to work. It's been busy the past couple of weeks with everything going on!

I slowed down today. Actually after 11:30, I slowed down. I'm doing laundry and dising. Not much else. Oh yeah, my show and the dishes.

This week is Carter's birthday-he's turning 2! Next week my mom's here. The week after is "real life" then the next week we leave for Disney!! Then, we come back, work for two days and leave for MI! Am I crazy?? Dan told him mom we'd like everyone to come down here for Christmas next year so hopefully that'll work out well!!

It would be easier, probably for those without children to travel. My parents travel out here more than I go there, just simply because it's easier for the two of them as opposed to all 5 of us. My mom and dad are trying to figure out when they are going to come and visit again. One option is to come at Christmas and bring my grandma who will be 89 next year. She doesn't act like she's that old. Still walks everywhere and drives her little VW bug. Love her. The next option that they're throwing around is to come down to Florida for a couple of days while we're there and spend some time at Disney with us. I love both options and would love to see my grandma. So, we'll see. I've been trying to talk my parents into Disney with the grandkids for a LONG time, but they'd rather spend their vacation in Hawaii without kids. Who knew???

Hi girls!! Yes I'm still here. Life's been crazy to say the least. My goal is to finish my last TR and update this one this week with our Disney plans since we leave in 11 days! I'm so far behind this time it's not even funny!! Alright...I'll post more this evening when I actually have a few minutes.

Yeah I had like 65 when I came back to work from being off for two days! Let alone personal emails that piled up over the week since I wasn't really checking those too much either.


Anywho, Disney update-as brief as it may be!

I paid for the baskets this morning-now I just need to get the pictures over here so you guys can see them! The "problem" is that payapl didn't listen and I paid it from my bank account instead of a credit card I emailed her this morning asking her if she could cancel that and rebill me to put it on my credit card...it's that or being short when they take out the money for the car payment and insurance. Hopefully she'll understand and be able to cancel it or something. I also ordered our Disney Visa Reward card this morning so that should be here next week (hopefully in time!!). That $50 plus the $100 I got from our last vacation will be nice. The condo's already paid for which is good so now we just have to budget for food pretty much and gas to get there and back....or maybe just there!

Dan's calling his mom today to let her know we aren't coming to MI for Christmas. It's just going to be too much with Disney and MI. There are also a lot of people asking for the time off who've been here longer than him so that's making it tough as well. His mom, grandma, aunt and uncle are all coming at the end of next month to stay for about three weeks so at least we'll see part of the family then. I feel bad but driving 18 hours in the ice and snow isn't sounding like a load of fun for me at all! We told Corbin last night and he was ok with it-don't think he fully gets it which is good at this point! The other part is we really need to get our own traditions for our family. I guess we'll talk about that tonight and see. I'm leaning towards letting them open one gift on Christmas Eve then open the rest on Christmas morning.
