Does anyone know of any housing/apartments near the parks? I am not planning to stay at the housing provided to us.

The zip code for WDW is 32830, there are dozens in the area, many of which offer discounts for Disney Cast Members.

I haven't seen them in person but I am moving there with my GF in 2 weeks and I know some people who said they are really nice. They are called Cagan Crossing in Clermont. Hope that helps
