So I was reading another thread... If 6 people live in one apartment and the rent is 86 dollars per week per person is my math wrong in that the living cost for that apartment would be over $2000 per month?

Does this seem kind of high? I don't know the housing market in Orlando...

It is, we are paying for housing, pools, security, transportation, housing events, and other things.

Ahh. That makes a little more sense now! Thanks Brer! So it includes housing but also the Disney sorority/fraternity fee!!!!! Got it!

$2,000 isn't much more than the going rate in that area. Plus most apartments don't have 24 hour manned security either. So it isn't a bad deal if you look at all you get compared to what you could find outside the complexes.

Not to mention that these apartments are fully furnished, and there is an events team that puts on weekly events for all of the CP's. Yes, if you do the math for all persons living in an apartment, it looks like a high amount. If you think about it, lets say your apartment costs you $100 a week ($400 a month) for a two bedroom for four people. If you were to live off of company housing with a roommate in a 2 bedroom, after utilities, you're looking at your portion being closer to $500-$600, not to mention transportation costs and costs of furnishing the place.
