We are having a housesitter while we are at DISCON. What kinds of things do you do to make their stay pleasant?

The couple of times that I have housesat the stocked fridge and the money they gave me made my stay plenty comfortable.

Since our housesitter is over just about everyday, we dont do anything! Well I leave a list of chores I want him to do LOL

I will admit that last time he house sat for us he watched quite a few PPV movies of the adult nature....... and drank all our beer and vodka...... but he also had to stay up all night on flood watch (our basement is prone to flooding during heavy rains) We came home to a dry basement so the trade off was worth it!

How much do you all pay a housesitter????

Since our house sitter is also a kennel sitter, we pay her $50 a day and more if there is a litter of pups here at the time.
