Housekeeping at SSR

Please can someone help. Have waded through lots of searches but have not had my ques answered.

Do housekeeping come every day when you book at SSR. If so is it as normal for any other resort?

I think i'm right in saying if your NOT using DVC then yes mouse keeping come everyday same as the other resorts.

Mark, you are spot on. If you are booking using DVC points then it's a reduced schedule, if you book using cash (well credit card I suppose ) then you will get daily mousekeeping

Just for clarity , if you are a DVC owner and staying on your points or if you rented points from an owner directly or you are an owner of another timeshare trading into DSSR via RCI than you get a "trash and towel" after 3 or 4 days and a full clean after 6 or 7.

If you are a $$ paying customer and rented direct from Disney or via a travel agent then you will get mousekeeping everyday.

Thats the same for all of the DVC resorts ( Old Key West , Villas at Wilderness Lodge, Bay Lake Tower, Animal kingdom villas, Beach club villas and Boardwalk villas.

All of the regular Disney hotels you get daily mousekeeping.

Do you have to get mousekeeping everyday? We'd like it maybe once every 4 days maybe (15 nights at POR). If so, can you just stick the 'do not disturb' sign on the days we don't want it?

You can also pay for additional housekeeping service if you are staying on DVC with the reduced schedule.
