House UPDATE...for those who care...LOL!

Well we finally have a contract and are working on the loan. We were pre-qualified for the loan so we are in the proving income process and the appraisal of the new house process.

The contract does have one clause in it "contingent upon the seller finding a new house" He has until August 26th to find another house. He is very ready to move and actually I think he made an offer this morning on another house. He is the manager at JCPenny here and only has a little over a year to stay in Greenville so he isn't looking for something forever if that makes sense.

Anyway closing is set for September 30....and our possession is October 1st. So hopefully everything will work out.

Now the hard part...finding wallpaper...anyone know of any good sights with pictures of wallpaper samples??

Janice I've never heard of that..lol...we have Lowes or Sherman Williams...and thats about it. I'm going to browse these. I really don't know what I'm looking for....It just has to "slap me in the face" when I see it and nothing has done that yet.
