My dh and I are planning on making our WDW trip in Nov/Dec this year and we are thinking about doing the House of Blues Sunday Brunch with the gospel music. Has anyone done this? How is it? Please let me know your thoughts on it. Thank you!

We have not done the Sunday Brunch, but the last time we at at HOB it was disgusting. No one at the table, and there were 8 of us, liked anything at all that they ordered.

Give it a miss, and save your money.

I disagree (somewhat). The HOB has many decent selections on the menu. Just like many chains they can be a little hit and miss but I never got anything "disgusting" and I have been at least a dozen times. The Sunday brunch is not the same menu as in the bar/restaraunt. It is good and very entertaining. I have always found the HOB to be pretty low risk because the prices are not nearly as high as they are in many Orlando eateries.

Done it many years ago. It was an interesting experience. Good food, but long lines and loud entertainment. Service not great. And, they started packing the food away during the performance. I'm glad we did it, the food was good, but we have not yet felt compelled to go back. I would not rule it out, but its pretty steep unless you will really enjoy the entertainment.

I went in August. The food and the entertainment were great. It can get a bit loud but we didn't mind it one bit. They did not start putting food away until people started leaving. We had caught the first show at 1030am.
