IMO, House of Blues is by far one of the best theme restaurants ever. Their food has never been anything but great, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the place is huge!

I say try an early dinner/late lunch then snack at the hotel or parks.

I'm not sure if there is or isn't, but last time I was there they had a band in one of the rooms.
