Is House of Blues that popular? Or do they just not book reservations 180 days out?

It seems like that was the only restaurant that has no availability at all. My parents would like to eat there on arrival day. I booked Paradiso and figured I would check back later. Just wondering if there's a particular time I should start checking again. Perhaps they only take reservations 30 days out or something?

No they don’t book until a few weeks prior. I had read 2 weeks but I think it’s a month now because I was able to book around a month out.

Thank you! I knew I had heard that about some restaurants at Disney Springs years ago, but when you go through the Disney website it gives you the option to book an ADR that far out but then says there's no availability.

In addition, they seem to take lots of walk-ups as well.

We dined there last week and had an 8pm reservation. Our plans changed and we were starving so we stopped in 1 hour+ earlier and they were seating walk-ups immediately (and had no issues seating us early, of course).

BTW - our first time eating there and it's a new fave. Great food, service, and reasonable prices - esp for Disney Springs!

Thanks for the info! My parents ate there last time as walk-ups and it’s the one place they insisted we go together this trip.

We are staying at OKW and not doing any parks on arrival day, so spending some time at Disney Springs should be perfect. Knowing that we can try stopping in early is helpful since I’m not sure yet what time we will arrive that day.
