House of Blues/Rainforest Cafe

What are the chances of us being able to walk up to either of these for dinner in the beginning of March (3/2-3/9)? I was finally able to get my dh pinned down on a loose itinerary for our trip, he just wants to "play it by ear" but that's another post. I made a few ADRs online this am but we had planned on eating at HOB and/or Rainforest and I see there are no times available for lunch or dinner for either of these the entire time we're there. Are there no times available or am I not able to use the online reservations for them? Will we be able to walk up?

I've walked up to HOB and got seated but I've also had to wait. But waited outside at bar which was cool, they have singers out there in the afternoon.

I've had to wait at Rainforest every time.

That's good to hear. We don't mind waiting but I wasn't sure if we HAD to have an ADR. We have a restaurant.com GC for House of Blues that we want to use and the kids really want to go to Rainforest.
