House of Blues question

Hi. I was wondering if you experts could help me out with a logistical question. We are wanting to eat at the House of Blues sunday brunch (1:00 show) and we are planning to be at epcot that morning. What is the easiest way to get to DTD and how early do we need to leave from the park? Thanks in advance for your help.

If it were me, I'd do one of two things:
1 - Catch a bus from the front of Epcot to Saratoga Springs.
I'd be exiting Epcot at 12:00 p.m.
2 - Walk out the IG (back) of Epcot, and catch a DTD bus at BC or BW.
I'd exit through the IG just after 12.

This takes into account getting to HOB for 1:00 p.m. I don't know if you have to be there earlier for the brunch or not, to check in.
