On are most recent trip in August we tried the House of Blues for the first and last time. I believe this is the first year it was on the Dining Plan which is the reason we had waited up until now to try it.
Our entrees were the Lobster Mac & Cheese, the Buttermilk Fried Chicken, the St Louis Ribs and the Ribeye. Of the four only the Mac & Cheese was enjoyed. The Fried Chicken was extremely generous but ended up being more batter than chicken. The Ribeye was fatty and difficult to chew. The St Louis Ribs were just plain burnt and the beans had a funny flavour that I did not enjoy.
On the positive side the desserts were delicious. We had a huge Bourbon Bread pudding which looked like the Borg ship in Star Trek the Next Generation, two Key Lime pies and the Triple Chocolate Cheesecake.
We won't return for a meal but would consider going here just for dessert.
