Hi there,

I have never been into HOB but I have always thought it looked fun!

I am sure someone will be able to help :)

What group re you hoping to see there? They get some really good performers.

The concert venue is in a seperate part to the resturant, which is next door. The bigger acts play in there. Whilst UB40 are relatively unknown in the USA there is not a chance they'll be playing in the restuarant. What we do is eat first, then move next door a few minutes before show time. The sunday gospel brunch is great also.

There is seating in the concert venue.

I wouldn't worry about your age, the place caters for all ages. Its a fantastic place to eat, with a great atmosphere. The menu is mainly southern based.

Any more questions, feel free to ask, I love the place.

Just wanted to say have a fantastic time, I bet it will be fantastic to see UB40 in such a small venue, hope you get a seat and your knee holds out,

Claire xx

My son went to the H O B in last April and saw Erasure he said it was a great place to see a show, Hope you enjoy your holiday and show

Hi

I've seen a couple of Bands there. Its a great venue) I have disc problems in my back and find standing hard for long periods of time. There is some seating around the venue but not that much. On the upper deck there are some couches but not where you can see band from ( if you know what i mean) they were good for a bit of respite.

If you do go to see someone go early as the cues to get in are long as they have strict security.

Feel free to PM if you need any more info

I've never been to HOB, but have always wanted to go! Hoping to see some bands there when we visit in October, as we'll have someone to babysit DD with us this time! :)

My parents went to the Gospel Brunch in December 2004 and loved it - there was definately seating for that. My mum said that the staff were very helpful, so maybe if you explain your condition when you arrive, they'll make sure you get a seat in the concert hall. It's probably worth a try! :teeth:

Hope you enjoy the concert!
