House of Blues Gospel Brunch

We will be in Orlando on the 3rd of May for one night before heading to Vero. We are not staying at a DVC resort because it is a Saturday and we will be arriving late. Anyway, I have made reservations for the Gospel Brunch at the HOB. I wonder if any other DVC members have used their discount and attended this brunch? What is it like and what's to eat. This question is sort of academic now anyway since I already commited to the reservation with a non-refundable credit card order. I should have asked first and booked later. I hope I didn't make a big mistake. Some considerations(a) my sister is allergic to onions so she cannot eat anything containing them (b) My DH doesn't like loud music( I am thinking of ear plugs here (c) I can't eat spicy food.

We have not gone, but we have friends that raved about it. However, I suspect the music may be loud. The food, last I heard was New Orleans style - probably going to run into lots of spicy and probably a fair amount of onions.
