House of Blues Gospel Brunch Reservations

Apparently one can't make reservations for the Brunch through the Disney website. When I look at the House of Blues website, I'm directed to Live Nation, which charges a $13.00 fee for each ticket, on top of the actual cost of the buffet.

What are the chances of being able to attend without a reservation (dec 16th)? Would I be able to go down to the box office a few days ahead of time and pick up tickets and avoid this fee?

I'm just not keen on paying a 37% finder's fee- we're not talking about a $150 ticket for Cold Play, KWIM?!!

I called last week and you can make reservations over the phone with the restaurant directly, not sure if they would still charge the fee, when I called it was before hours and I didn't end up booking.
