I'm sorry if this is somewhere else but I didn't find it. What are the hours for members services? I seem to recall them being different on weekends than weekdays but wanted to double check. Thanks.

It's christmas eve,I'm sure their not open late. And probably closed tomorrow.

9am-5:30pm every day of the week. holiday hours are/were.
Today till 4pm ,will reopen on Weds. @ 9am.
Same holiday schedule next week.

Normal hours are Monday-Friday 9 AM-7:30 PM (Eastern), and Saturday and Sunday 9 AM - 5:30 PM. As mentioned before, they close at 4PM on 12/24 and 12/31. Closed 12/25 and 1/1.

I gave them a call just now thinking that the recording would tell us the hours. It says that they are closed for the holiday but will be open tomorrow at 9:00 AM ???

All references to MS hours seem to have been removed from the website other than the announcement from 2007.

Bill,
I called and got that same message around 6 tonight.I think you're right about the hours still being till 7:30 PM during the week.I did a google search after your last post.
" As of june ,,,,The hours will be expanded to ".

Enjoy The Holidaze and the New Year.We won't be home OKW till July.
