Had a ticket snafu with Undercover Tourist and now have "vouchers" I need to redeem before our first day in the parks. We will arrive late the night before. Trying to figure out if it's best to try to convert the tickets the night before or morning of our first entry. What are the hours of Guest Relations at USF/IOA?

I just wanted to say I did the same thing. I am very internet savvy but totally screwed up on this one. I know that you can use the self-serve kiosks to redeem the tickets, and the hotels now have them in the lobbies. So if you arrive very late and want to redeem the tickets then, perhaps you could drive to one of the on site resorts and let one member of the party run in and grab the tickets?

Oooh! Good idea! Thanks! Yes, we ordered the 2-day, plus a third day free and received 2-day. I still swear I ordered the 2-day, plus a third day but they said, "No." Thankfully, they were willing to work it out for us so I didn't have to go into freak-out mode... too much.:cool1:

If it is a true voucher, it must be done at the Guest Service window at either park. The person whose name is on the voucher has to be the one to pick it up and he/she must have photo ID. The self serve kiosks only work for online ticket orders that have a confirmation number. Gust Service windows usually open 30 minutes before the park opens and doesn't close until 30 minutes after the park closes.

Thanks. I'm not sure how to tell which kind mine is. They are a "reissue" and basically I think they are a photocopy of the actual tix.

Ooooh, sounds like the comment above is correct, then - you will most likely need to go speak to a real person to get that sorted! Sorry :(

Any idea what a confirmation number looks like? I have a six digit number on here and also some super long numbers that look like they are the ticket PLU's
