what are the hours of the food courts to get counter service?
what are the hours of breakfast?

In general, the food courts are open from about 6:AM till 11M or midnight. Breakfast is usually served till about 11:AM.

I suggest you call the front desk at POFQ and ask them directly to make sure nothing has changed. Some of the web pages that list the information could be outdated.
