Hours of daylight, any ideas?

We leave in four weeks time, my girls are really effected by sunrise and sunset (and jet lag!).
Does anybody know what time it gets light/dark in Orlando in late april early may?

Lurking American here. Maybe this will help. My kids are affected by the sunrise and sunset, too.

that site is perfect, I'll bookmark for future ref too! looks like sunrise and set will be about the same as it is here at the mo so were hoping for no probs!
