Hours for resort food courts/quick dining

Does anyone know the hours that the resort food courts/quick dining options in the deluxe resorts are open? Oddly enough, this will effect my hotel choice. We usually stay at the Dolphin but the with the 4/3 deal, it's actually a better deal to stay at the Disney resorts this time around.

Last time we stayed at the WL, it seemed like Roaring Forks seemed to close pretty early. Picabu at the Dolphin is open 24 hours and we'll have my dd and her pal with us and they're night owls and have gotten used to getting a snack at any hour.

None of the Disney resorts have food locations that are open 24 hours. There are many such as Pop and POR that have food courts that are open until 11pm or midnight.

The counter service at the Deluxes seems to be the smallest, both size wise, and in terms of selection. I can't see them staying open terribly late. The moderates, and more so the values stay open pretty late. And then conversely have at least 1 station open in the morning very early even though the others are closed.

Thanks for the replies. I'd checked allears and couldn't find any closing times--just when they made the switch from breakfast to lunch/dinner offerings.

mountdew1, another issue we had with Roaring Forks was the lack of choices along with the early closing time. DD is living in New Mexico so she's got the time change working against her along with her night owl tendencies.

Eh, maybe we'll just try BW or BC and they could still run over to Picabu's if they got hungry at a late time.
