Hours for Main Street Shops

When we went to MK last year, the Main Street shops were not open until after the official opening.

I seem to recall a time when the shops on Main Street were open before the official park opening (pre-September 11th, 2001, IIRC).

Have they gone back yet to being open early or do they still open with the rest of the park?

We would love to browse (and buy!) in the shops before starting the day at MK.

When we were there in May, they opened at the same time as the rest of the park.
