Hours for guest services at TTC?

We are staying at Shades of Green next month and want to go over to the TTC to activate our tickets on our arrival night (to save time at our first park the next morning). How can I find out the hours for guest services there? I can't find them on the website anywhere. Magic Kingdom is open til 9 that night, if that matters.

We have always found Guest Services to stay open well past closing whether we are in any of the parks at WDW or in DLR. I believe they stay open at least an hour past closing to take care of any Guest Recovery types of concerns and complaints.

Caution: Not 100% sure about the answer because it isn't well documented but...

I believe the ticket booths themselves actually close 30 minutes to an hour before normal park closing. From my understanding, the point of those booths are just to sell/activate tickets and answer common ticketing questions - not necessarily to provide all of the services of a normal Guest Relations office.

However, there is a full service Guest Relations window right outside of the Magic Kingdom turnstiles that will be open during normal business hours that should be able to activate them.

Are you saying the one at th TTC is just the ticket window type? We've never been there, but I was assuming it was a full guest services location.

I guess if we have issues there we could always hop the monorail over to the front of MK. Just trying to get it done as efficiently as possible.

Try first at TTC.
If they have closed all of the ticket and Guest Relations windows (either will be able to activate your APs)
when you arrive, board the monorail to MK and head to the windows outside the gates (See #9 on the map below.)

If THOSE windows are closed (after 9:15pm, they might be)
the park gates will be thrown open to allow the crowds to more easily exit.

Just walk through any of those open gates and head to City Hall, MK Guest Relations (seen on the map,) and they can help you.

Your other option is to go to TTC that night and see if the windows are staffed.

If they are closed and you then didn't want to go to MK that night,
just add 15 extra minutes in the morning and go to any ticket booth or Guest Relations
on your first park morning.

It is unlikely that all of the ticket and Guest Relations windows will be backed up when you arrive early.

-Just an alternative to consider.

Like I said I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think that the TTC has a full Guest Relations window. I know that Disney does not list it as a Guest Relations location on their website. I think it's just has a ticket office, will call, lost and found, a bus information booth and some random services like gift shop, ATM, vending machines, etc.

You can try it out though. They might have a staffed window still open. Worst case is that you take a 7 min monorail ride over to the MK. :)

Thanks for all the info everyone.

As luck would have it... Our first morning is HS, and my little guy will be really bummed if he doesnt get a Jedi training spot. So I'd REALLY like to get the tickets activated the night before to make that first morning as smooth as possible. I'm pretty confident we can try at TTC and still get over to MK before it closes if need be.
