Hours for DCL phone line?

Couldn't find this using search. What hours can I call to book directly with DCL?

On weekdays there avaliable from 9 am to 10 pm

In my confirmation email today, it states that the hours of Vacation Services are from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm (ET) Monday through Friday and from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm (ET) on Saturday.
