Ordered my tickets (Eight 7day PHPs) from Hotwire on Monday, along with 1 Blockbuster $25 card and 3 Circuit City $25 cards. They arrived today, nice little package, no sweat! The cards look just like I'd gotten them at the store... well, except maybe for Circuit City. They were just the cards -- no backing-paper that you could write on. The Blockbuster card came in its own little envelope. Too bad I don't plan on giving it to anyone... I just plan to use it for our family with a 20% savings! No shipping charge -- none. Adult 7 day passes were 302.90. WOW! I went to print the $10 back receipt and my printer jammed -- rats, and then it wouldn't print the form! Wrote an Email to Hotwire about it -- they replied the next a.m. with the address, etc. -- again, no problem! I am just NOT seeing the downside to this at all! Now of course, my frugal dh wants me to sap it for what it worth and quit (doesn't want to pay the $7.95 each month that will start in about 15 more days....) But honestly, if I buy 1 or 2 gift cards per month, it's paid for. Anything beyond that is gravy. And considering you could buy up to 15 cards per merchant per year, I'm just not sure how you COULDN'T save, overall. I'm thinking at xmas, buy up 10 TOysRUs cards... it's like 20% off! Then get a mess of the restaurant cards for the adults on your list... I got the 3 Circuit City cards to buy a computer monitor for my son. It was 129, on sale for 79, I think... and I'll be getting it for another $15 off that! Wow. Mark me a satisfied Hotwire member!

PS -- The tickets are too cute. Granted, they scare me -- they are paper, and I do so like the plastic card type Disney issues. ANYWAY... each ticket has a different character on the front. Thank goodness they didn't send a bunch of Minnies. My sons would have balked for sure!
It should be perfect: Minnie for me and dd, Mickey for dh, goofy for eldest son, donald for middle son. We'll know whose ticket is whose just by the character at a glance! Same goes for my in-laws... how cool. Next stop... the photocopier to get the numbers on these suckers "secured" just in case, however!
