I just got my order from 12/31 in today's mail also. Instead of sending the 4 day non expiring park hoppers with one plus they sent the new My Way tickets with 4 days and 3 plusses. Big problem is that they are the expiring ones!!! Not what I wanted, nor what I ordered. I was told that I could send them back at my expense and have my money refunded.

Make sure when you return them you get some sort of signature confirmation to insure they accept them. Your credit card will probably want you to return them and to prove that you did you will need a signature confirmation. Just a heads up to avoid any problems.

I agree. Send then with insurance and delivery confirmation or certified mail. That is unacceptable. I can't believe they think they could get away with that.I Furthermore, if you ordered them before the switchover on 1/2 which you did, you should have got the regular hoppers. Right there could be your out with the Credit card dispute. They did not actually send you what you paid for which is different than just sending them late. When you fill out your dispute resolution with the CC company be sure you put that in first and foremost stating you bought one advertised item and recived something else, as well as it taking loner. When you pay for one thing and get another that is easy to dispute, and Hotwire will have a tougher time proving they are in the right.

If they refuse to accept them back, you are probably still fine with your credit card company. I sent something back to a company before and they refused the shipment. All I had to do was send a copy of the refused label and the credit card company took care of it and I got to keep the item, which was weird since I didn't want it anyway!

If you didn't get what you ordered, then there should be no problem.
