This is sooo strange! I seriously tried this several times, & no "need help with booking?", told free phone # or reference number shows up on my page. Not sure why! Are you guys using a laptop? Don't know if that makes a difference or not, but that is what I'm using. I'm super bummed lol, really want to see how this works!

I did mine on a laptop. Just now tried it again and it was the same. After you click on the red "book now" button and it takes you to the next page which is Secure Checkout where you put in your traveler information it should have the "Trip Summary" to the right and in a light blue box at the top of the trip summary is where the 'need help with booking" box is with the toll free phone number and reference number. How weird that it's not there for you!!!

I did check this site also, but the inventory seemed so limited. The hotel that I ended up getting on Hotwire didn't even show up on lmtc.com anywhere, so I really couldn't compare the price that I got on Hotwire with lmtclub. Would have been interesting to see the comparison in price.
