Just received my FIRST order today from the Hotwire savings club. I ordered 4 tickets for Universal Orlando.... I received 4 tickets for Universal Hollywood. I called customer service and after about 5-10 minutes I was told to mail them back and they will send me the correct ones. I explained that my receipt shows Orlando and they screwed up. I will send them back with a delivery confirmation so that I do not get screwed in the end...anyone else have this kind of problem??
