hotwire savings club rebate

For those of you who are in this, what did you have to buy to get the rebate? Was it travel(hotel/flight), or was it just buying the meal vouchers?

When I read the conditions, it looked like it had to be travel, but then some on this board have mentioned getting the rebate with a voucher order. Just wondering if anyone got it that way.

me too, printed the rebate form out first cause it said on "next" purchase and i wasn't sure if I would need a code but it just had you mail it in with your confirmation of purchse that you can print out from your first purchase.

I received my $10 rebate check in the mail today. When I joined, I printed out the rebate form. Then I bought 2 gift cards, and used that receipt for the rebate.

Also, today in an email, Hotwire reminded me that on Oct 31 they will charge me $7.95, and if I wanted to cancel, I should call before that date.

That was nice, helps to remind you. My mind is shot, so any little bit helps!

that's odd because....

the woman in customer service today told me it would just be credited to my cc ...and they would not email me to tell me when they are going to charge me so she told me the date....so I guess I'll have to wait and see!?(lol) It sounds like it takes close to a month?
