Hotwire Q&C: how long's it take to get? Are they returnable? How?

How long did it take you to get your Hotwire Q&C's? we're due WDW april 3rd.

Also, if we order too much, are they returnable to Hotwire? What's the process? (is it a hassle?)

We got our Q&C vouchers about 5 days after ordering. Their website says 7-10 days. I've never returned anything to them but I know you have to send things back certified mail.

I ordered mine on-line late Wednesday night (2/25). They arrived Saturday 2/28. Very fast I thought! I did order 40 Q&C so I don't know if that sped up the delivery. My 14 yo son and his best friend will definitely get their money's worth out of these vouchers on our trip in July. You know how growing boys eat! If we don't use all of them on our July trip, I think I'll be able to squeeze in another trip before they expire (5/31/05). I threw out the return info, but I believe you have 90 days from when you purchased them to return them for a full refund. I think (not sure) you must still be a HWSC member when you return them. I would suggest selling any extras you have on the DIS Auctions board. I bought some for our impromptu December trip from some very nice DIS members. Have a GREAT trip!!
