Hotwire PHPlus Questions

Are the PHP tickects sold on Hotwire the ones that expire or are they good forever? Is PI an option for a plus? Can they be used by other members of the family, ie. if I buy four tickets but I don't go to the water parks can my adult children use the plus feature from my ticket? I know none of the multiday tickets are transferrable but what I guess what I want to know is how would they know?

They are good forever, and the same as always, tickets are not transferable, but like you said, how would they know? They currently do not have any system that identifies who the ticket belongs to.
