HotWire Park Ticket Question

I just joined Hotwire Savings Club and have a couple questions. I know I
saw a thread about this a few weeks ago but can't seem to find it now, so
sorry for the repost.

When purchasing Disney World Park passes from Hotwire, are there any
additional shipping fees or taxes? I was looking at getting the 6-day Park
Hopper Plus tickets (A-$276.07 and C-$221.42 list price). While this is a
great deal, if there are taxes and shipping, then AAA might be just as good
of a deal.

My second question is if anyone has ever had any problems (delayed
shipping, lost shipments) receiving park tickets from Hotwire? I've had
big problems with a couple of large online stores that advertised using the
USPS but actually use a third-party company (Parcel Direct, in my cases)
for shipping. The tickets are a big purchase and a possible trip breaker
if there are any problems with delivery. I'm a little apprehensive about
placing such an expensive order from a place I have never done business
with.

WDW price includes tax with free Standard shipping. You can get 2 alternative shipping with cost. It will show the optional costs when you ready to do the check-out.

I made 2 purchases on May 20, 21 on standard shipping (they use airborne@home mail), and they are still lost til today - have been over 20 days:
