I am doing a last minute trip to FL and want to stay near the parks for a few nights next week.
I checked out Hotwire but am so confused with the hotel descriptions.
I did a search but can't find the site that explains what hotel is being described. I do remember that you could look at the description and were given the name of the hotel.
Does anyone have this site? I did a search on DIS and can't find it.
I want something really really inexpensive but not a roach motel.

Betterbidding.com - Not all hotels are easily identified because multiple hotels can use the same amenity combinations, some hotels will be listed under multiple amenity combinations and some listings have not yet been reported on the site so that the moderators can identify. Generally if the listing as a high % rating or good tripadvisor rating listed, you should be OK even if you can not identify the hotel. If you register on the site and post the listing(s) you are interested, the moderators can help you identify the hotel.

HotelDealsRevealed.com is another resource for identifying your Hotwire hotel. As previously mentioned, this doesn't work all the time because there may be multiple hotels with the same amenities. Also, hotels sometimes add or drop amenities (e.g., pool closure in the winter, renovations). If you really want to be certain, it is best to check multiple Hotwire resources available on the web.

There are no guarantees until Hotwire reveals the name... so be careful this is the route you want to go down. Typically, I will avoid Hotwire if the savings are less than $10 to $15 per night. Not worth the risk.

Have you considered Priceline? If price is a consideration, you can get better deals on Priceline than Hotwire. But at a cost... you are completely blind bidding... no idea what hotel you might get, no idea what amenities will come with the hotel. Wouldn't it suck if you didn't get a swimming pool and were traveling with kids
