Hotmail problems????

Is anyone else having problems with Hotmail? I have been having most of my messages delayed or not delivered, it is getting frustrating. Also on some of my emails I BCC myself and I haven't been receiving any of those messages. I am wondering if for some reason it is just me.

Hotmail has been very strange the past week or so.

Oddly, now tonite, it SAYS I have an almost full email box...however, similar to Yahoo, it looks like they've expanded the size of their boxes dramatically....

don't know why it says one thing but looks like the other though. Quirky.

I have hotmail for the DIS but rarely head over there as it's usually just e-mails to do with replies to threads or PM;s, so I only clear them about once a month.
