Hotels?

So, I have a conference in Anaheim. These are the conference hotels. Which ones are closest to the Disneyland's main entrances? I'm taking my family, so while I am at the conference, I want to be in a hotel where they can easily come and go. Thanks!

As you can see, the hotels on Harbor are the closest to the pedestrian main entrance. Portofino Inn & Suites seem to be the closest of the conference hotels but I have not stayed there before. You may want to look up reviews of these hotels on Yelp before deciding. People seem to like the Anabella Hotel and it seems like there are a good number of people who stay at the Jolly Roger Inn as well. Perhaps others can chime in about their experiences at these hotels. Good luck picking the one that is right for you and your family!

If you want a basic 'stock as a rock' motel you might try the Alpine Inn. Of course the key word here is 'basic'.
We have stayed at the Anaheim Marriot,and the Clarion. Those were much better,albet farther away.

We stayed at Embassy Suites South last summer and loved it. The larger room space, the fantastic breakfast, etc. But they would have to drive to the park or take ART. Walking is possible, we did it one day, but not recommended when you are walking all day in the parks. It is just too far for tired feet. If only I could pick up that hotel and plop it down across from DLR it would be perfect! Of course, then the price would go way up!
