Good point Simba's Mom! I do feel fortunate that our whole family has the same preferences....but we are lucky in that.

My favorite resort changes with every trip! If I had to choose one favorite, it'd probably be the Beach Club. I love the relaxed, even laid back atmosphere there. Closest to my favorite park and within walking distance to my 2nd favorite park (MGM). Also close to Boardwalk (more fun!). The best pool at WDW -- hands down. Nothing beats grabbing one of the rockers on the back porch in the a.m. with a cup of coffee (or hot tea for me) -- watching the day start while it's still quiet. Watching the birds and squirrels romp through the bushes. My WDW days are hectic enough -- it's nice to start off with a small bit of peace and quiet!

Wow!! A very difficult question! (But fun to think of!)

We have stayed at most of the Disney Properties and have alternated each trip with our family members alternating choices. We enjoy all the resorts....but obviously we have our favorites.

My DD's....Poly and AKL, for my DW it's YC.

Funny, but my choice is usually predicated on where we can get the best rates/codes at a Deluxe Resort!!!

If I had to choose.....It would be the Polynesian....my first Disney Resort many...many years ago!

I didn't think anything could beat WL, but I fell in LOVE with YC last June!!

Walking to Epcot can't be beat!

(of those we've stayed at )........then BWV (DVC owners), BC (MUCH noisier than YC), BWI, Poly, CBR, OKW, FWH, PO.

this year we're trying GF & BCV, hope to see them "bump" to the top!

Eeyore1954, are you talking about those white rockers on the porch of the BC facing the lake (Crescent Lake?) across from the Boardwalk? Last trip, I sat in those rockers to eat my No Way, Jose sundae. Was wondering what it would be like to sit there in the morning (What can I say-I guess I'm a "rocking chair sitter"). Sounds lovely!

Out of all the WDW resorts we stayed at (see my signature line below) my two favorites so far are the Dolphin, and the Wildnerness Lodge.

My DH would say the Polynesian and the Dolphin.

My two boys say the Dolphin and the Swan!
