Hotels with space for two Pack and Plays

We will be taking our twins to DLR for their first visit and we need to find a room that can fit two pack and plays. (They can't co-bed - they just won't sleep that way) We stayed in a hotel on a different trip and had to put one practically in the closet and the other right up against the TV so that viewing it quietly while they were sleeping was impossible.

We would love to stay on Harbor Blvd so that we can walk back to the hotel for naps - I love the reviews on HoJo (mostly for the splash area) but would be interested in any close hotel that gave us a little more breathing room to fit all of our sleeping equipment.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as hotels always take pictures to make their rooms look larger. Would be okay with a more expensive room as well if necessary! Thanks so much!!!

The only hotel we've stayed in that has enough room would be Anaheim Plaza Inn and Suites. Hojo and CCI definitely do not, unless you got lucky with a room that has a single bed instead of two. Do they even exist? idk

We stayed in a room at CCI with only one bed. It was actually a handicapped room but we stayed there to get the bigger bed. I don't think they let more than 2 people stay in that room though (maybe 3 with a rollaway). You would have to call and ask I guess.

Also, we recently stayed at the Hyatt ($50/night with priceline). It's not on Harbor and not walking distance but we had one pack n play in there (between the 2 beds) and I think there would have been plenty of room for one near the window.

We also stayed at the Super 8 on Katella and put the pack n play near the sink area and I'm guessing one could fit between the beds too. Again, this one isn't on Harbor either but it is within walking distance (about 15 min walk).

I know those hotels aren't as close as you wanted but just thought I would give you a few more options to think about.

Good luck!

What about Fairfield Inn? The rooms we've had there seem pretty spacious. We've only gotten 2 Queens, plus a sofachair. I wonder if the single King rooms are the same size and would give you even more floor space?

Hi dancer_mom!

Our Kid's Suites would definitely accommodate two Pack-n-Plays, and even provide some privacy between the rooms so that you wouldn't have to worry about noise levels again. [The link that I provided gives a room description, and there's a video tour of the room, too!] :goodvibes

Hope this helps!

Thank you, thank you for all the responses so far - I think I will most likely have to call individual hotels because usually they do only let 3 in a king room however don't know if they can make an exception for two same age little ones. This might also give me more sq. footage info.

Thanks for the link on the kid suite room as well.

I was going to say I think the premium rooms at HoJo's would work with 2 pack and plays! especially if you asked them to remove the table and 2 chairs in the room! Those rooms are really big! I see Hojoanaheim has mentioned about the kids suite too.... you said you would be ok with a more expensive room, but the kids suites are not even very expensive. Are you going during a peak season or off season?
Also if you check the pictures of the rooms at the HoJo's anaheim website (not the corporate chains website) the pictures they show of the rooms are realistic. we stayed there with all of our kids (when they were young) in the double queen rooms with a roll away cot and there was still room to have breakfast at the table in there....surely 2 pack and plays can't be bigger than a full size roll away cot?
Ok...I just went and looked at my daughter's new pack and play (she's due in exactly 2 weeks...another disney fan in the making!) anyway.... there is more than enough room in the Hojo's premium rooms for 2 of them....one of the rooms we stayed in was 1705....there is a "nook" by the door going out to the balcony that has a table and 2 chairs in it. I'm sure you could fit the 2 pack n plays in that "nook" and there would still be a whole big room left! and they would be away from the tv as well.....We were just at Candy Cane Inn this past January and while it is nice, there is no way you could fit them in there with any room at all left over. The nice thing too about Hojo's is the kids water play area...it's perfect for little ones! and Mimi's is just across the street and they do take out you can take back to your room if you don't want to go out to eat....although it is kid friendly as well.

About 4 years ago we stayed at the Tropiciana which is almost directly accross Harbor Blvd. from the walkway to DL. The rooms were quite large even with 2 queen beds.
The rate was also very reasonable. Just don't count on their "contiental breakfast".

I completly agree that two pak n plays would easily fit in the premium rooms at JOJO's.

Thanks for the tip on the premium room size. That will give us a couple options. I really think I am sold on HoJos for our trip so I will just pick between the premium room or kids suite. We will probably be going during peak season however I noticed that this past august they offered quite a few days at the ent rate. Was that unusual? If I go ahead and book now can I apply discounts after the fact? Thanks everyone - this has been really helpful.

Yes...you can keep watching and when the rate shows up you can call them and they will apply it for you! Just remember to call the hotel directly and ask for the in house reservation...you have to call during normal business hours as well. I have a link right on my desktop to the entertainment rate topic in the forum at the Hojoanaheim website...I click on it pretty much every day to check and see if any new dates have been added! oh dear....my secret is out! I am obsessive compulsive.... :lmao: another way to keep track is if you have facebook...become a friend of hojoanaheim then you will recieve updates when something gets posted there....Lorealle usually posts when the new rates show up. Are you planning a christmas trip, or a summer trip?

We are planning a summer trip and it will most likely have to be over a weekend like fri, sat, sun or thurs, fri, sat. I had a read a post that weekends do open up at the ent rate over the summer so I am hoping we get lucky. Also I have been looking at the prices for the kid suite and is it correct that the rack rate is 164 right now or is there a way to get a little better deal without the ent rate to start out? Thanks so much you have been so helpful.

How excited are we that you're planning on staying with us?! :cheer2: :yay:

As of the time of this posting, that $164 per night + tax rate is what the Kids Suites are running at [Premium Disney View Rooms are at $144 per night + tax during that time right now], but you do get an automatic 15% discount for being a member of the DISBoards [just be sure to mention that when you book!], and if the ET Rate does open up for any/all of the dates that you've reserved, all you have to do is give In-House Reservations a call at 714-776-6120 and we can get that all changed for you! :]

I second the recommendation to add me on Facebook, just because I always always always update our status as soon as I change the ET Availability Calendar, and that's probably the easiest way of getting the update. :goodvibes

Hope this helps!
