Hi...I tried doing a search and I didn't really find what I was looking for. Sorry if this has been asked or posted before.

We were suppose to go to DL the end of this month and we have changed our plans and we are going to WDW instead. WE are torn as to were to stay. We will be staying at a Moderate Resort but we don't know which one. Last year we stayed at POR and loved it. This year we are looking and the same hotel and CBR and CSR.

Any advice on what hotel is better that one? Any advice would be great. We are making our ressies sometime tomorrow.

Thanks in advance!

Jamie

Personally, I like the POFQ the best. It's a lot smaller than the other moderate resorts, and I like the atmosphere the best there. I've always had a wonderful stay there.

The CBR is a great resort, but I find it to be a bit too spread out for my liking. The first time I stayed there, we stayed in Trinidad South, and the walk to the food court and main pool was about 15-20 minutes--a long way to get a drink.

My least favorite moderate is the CSR. I don't like the way they run the food court there (although the food was OK), and I found the walls to be paper thin--we heard our neighbors talking at moderate levels, and the footfall of the folks above us. I have only heard my neighbors on rare occassions at the other moderates.

Hope that helps :)

I'd go POFQ or POR, but make your ressies ASAP as some resorts are sold out because of the Free Dining offer later this month.

I think someone said CSR is sold out. We are trying POFQ this time. I loved CSR, but wanted a new resort for our quest to do all the WDW resorts. I picked POFQ because the small size appealled to me. Also, I honeymooned in NOLA so I have sentimental attachment to that theme.

Thanks for the information. Sorry I didn't post sooner, we were out all yesterday. I think we are going to book at the POR. We are taking the inlaws and the Disney Travel company told me that this was a good hotel for 4 adults. Plus we stayed there last year and we really enjoyed it!

On a side note, not sure if any of you would know or not, but we had planned to go to DL this year and just within the last few days changed our minds. Are we going to be missing anything by not going to DL? Or are both parks doing about the same thing? Parade wise, 50th anniversary wise?

Thanks!!!

Jamie
