We are coming into LA for a Disney Cruise in February. We will stay at disneyland 3 days after the cruise but need some ideas on our 1 night stay before the cruise.

Are there any suggestions near the port and are there places we can walk to for dinner or breakfast before having to board (we are trying to avoid having to rent a car for the 24 hours between landing and boarding the ship.

Thanks much!

The Long Beach Hyatt Regency would work perfectly. It's right across the street from Shoreline Village, and is about 6 miles from the Port of San Pedro.

Years ago we stayed at the Sheraton San Pedro which is now a Crown Plaza. It was basically across from the port. It has a shuttle that will take you anywhere within 5 miles.
More recently, we stayed in Long Beach even though our ship was leaving from San Pedro. We really preferred Long Beach. There is actually a lot more there for hotels and restaurants. We stayed at the Courtyard Inn and it was fairly nice. There is also a nice Westin. It is a fairly short cab ride back to San Pedro to catch your ship.

What I would do. Since there are couple hotels right next to the port, well a few hundred yards away.
