has anybody stayed at the holliday sunspree in lake buena vista
what did you think of it

We've stayed there three times. We loved it. I think it depends on the age of your children though. We stayed there with small toddlers and infants. And it worked great beacause they have a room divider that makes a little "fort for the kids. It's a wall that goes up to within a foot or so of the ceiling. There were two sets of bunk beds and a little bolster that folded out the size of a toddler bed. It was big enough to put a play pen up for our son when he was 10 months old. It gave us a little privacy, and kept the cold a/c from blowing right on him. But it doesn't give you much separation from older kids. If they have the tv on in the area you can hear it. vice versa. It's better than a standard hotel room, not as great as Holiday Inn Family Suites. IMO

We stayed there twice, the first time in '95 and the second last year. The previous poster made a good point tbout the Kidsuites, we had older kids with us and found that two televisions going was annoying. The rooms (IMHO) had an old feeling. We just got back from Orlando last week and this time stayed at the COurtyard @ Marriott Village right next door, we were much happier there. We didn't really use any of the services offered for the kids at SUnspree so that wasn't really an issue. The pool at Sunspree is nice, though when we were there (10 days) the pool was closed 3 times because idiots allowed kids in the pool who weren't potty trained and they #2ed in the pool.
