Hotelmartusa and Fiesta Key Resort?

We found a 2 bedroom townhouse on Hotelmart USA for $588 for a week! It is in Fiesta Key Resort. Does anyone know anything about the website or the townhouses? I get so nervous just renting something from a site I've never heard of, I am so afraid when we get there it will be fake or something!

I made a reservation through hotelmartusa that I later cancelled. They sent me a refund check in a reasonable amount of time.

No idea about Fiesta Key though.

We use hotelmartusa for all our trips to wdw. We stay at the Comfort Suites Maingate East and they have the best rate...always. We have never had any problems with this site. I dont have any info on fiesta key though. Try doing a search on this board. Hope this helps.

Fiesta Key looks like a new townhome development, zoned for short-term rental. Looks to be a bit farther south on Poinciana than I would normally want to stay, but the price is certainly right. You probably won't find much on it as it is new, but then again it is new, so it won't be worn around the edges.
