I am seeing a good rate for us for one night prior to staying onsite. I've used Expedia and Hotel Kingdom before, but never this one. Any problems or concerns with it? I couldn't seem to find their cancellation policy information...

Any info would be greatly appreciated!

I think the policy is the hotel - if you read further - you will find that they refer to the hotel.

so once you make the reservation you will be dealing with the hotel. that is how I read it.

I was really interested in the Renaissance at SW- those are the best rates I have seem for this hotel.

We used them to book the Ritz Carlton at a great rate of $173/night. We just got back and everything went without a hitch.
