I was able to find a rate $12 cheaper a night through hotelkingdom than on the hotels website. Anyone with experience using them? Any thoughts? I would love to save that money but don't want to have a problem when we arrive. Any other sites you have used

We used Hotel Kingdom for our upcoming trip to Visatana Villages and so far so good! They even made a rate adjustment when the price decreased. I did a search on this board before using them any only found good reports. Have a great trip!

we have used hotelkingdom.com twice in the past two years. Both experiences were great and we got a good deal on our hotel. We had absolutely no problems with our reservations. We checked directly with the hotel a few days after making our reservation and they had all our information. Any special requests we noted again. We also check before we leave on our trip. We have found the hotelkingdom.com staff very helpful. I would not hesitate to use them again.

i'm also just back and used hotel kingdom and made great savings with them and also had no problems and would definately use them again

Some of these web travel companies charge a small fee if you cancel the reservaton.

Something to consider.

Herc..

We used Hotelkingdom.com to book at Vistana Villages. They were great and all was perfect until we cancelled. Vistana refunded their portion of my deposit quickly. It was on my CC statement June 12th. It took me 3 phone calls and 2 e-mails (the last one wasn't so nice) to get hotelkingdom to credit their portion of my deposit. It was finally credited August 22nd.

They charge $10 to cancel, however, we weren't charged and I'm assuming it was because of the problem we had getting our refund.

My friend has used them and never had any problems (but she never had to cancel either). So I am assuming the problem we had was rare. I haven't decided if I'll use them again or not.

We have used them several times and had great results. You usually have to pay a deposit, usually about $10 per night, but this is deducted from your total. I do think they charge a cancel fee so I would be pretty sure about your plans before I use them.We have saved alot of money over the times we booked through them.

I have used hotelmartusa.com for bookings and so far...so good!!
You do have to check out their cancellation policys though!

Just used hotelkingdom for booking Caribe Royale for this past Aug. No glitches, and they lowered our reserved rate without a problem when the price went down. Cancellation/change penalty is ONLY $12.00.

We used them for VV this past August and everything went beautifully. The front desk had my balance correct to the penny and we were even given the largest of the one bedrooms although we only paid for the smallest. I will use them again without hesitation.
