We stayed at the HRH this June, and were uncomfortable in our room with no balcony or windows that opened - we were hermetically sealed in, and the air seemed chronically stale. It looked to me as if none of the HRH rooms had balconies. Do either of the other two Universal hotels have balconies or windows that open? If so, what percentage of the rooms at such hotel have them? Thanks

Hey Donna,

I recently was told at check in at PBH they have 750 rooms of which 22 are balcony rooms. I am like you I don't want to "feel" shut up. I like to be able to "get out" even if it is 100 degrees.LOL Two rooms I know of are Villa rooms del pool view at PBH they are 2665 (king) 2676 (queen). Hope you find this post a breathe of fresh air.;) As for the other on site hotels maybe someone else will help you out.

I know, I wish hotels had windows that open. I don't thik there are many hotels left that do have windows that open, but many have balconies. Only PBH have them. They also have the ones on the first floor that have little patios, and the ones on the second floor facing the Villa pool have little patios also.

During on of our stays at the Portofino we had a first floor room with a little patio. It was wonderful!
