Hotel Website Forums?

Hi all,

Thanks for your requests from the previous post. I had another question regarding forums. Do you have any recommendations as to the sections that I can add to the forums on the hotel site at www.comfortinnmaingate.com/community ?

I don't know exactly how "popular" the forums might be, but I just wanted a venue for customers to give direct, public feedback to me via the Internet. . . I try and plaster my email address everywhere, but I wonder if people generally don't feel it as effective unless it's a public feedback rather than a private email.
