Hotel transfer

I learned today there was a error with my hotel stay in October. I believed we were booked 4 nights at BWI CL then we were transferring to Universal. I was looking over the Itinerary and noted tickets for 4 days; transportation pick up correct but booked only 3 nights. Thinking it was a typo I called the travel agent who contacted Disney and we had no room our last day and no room at any deluxe.
Since we have 8pm ADR for California grill and wanted to watch the fireworks we decided to try and still stay on Disney property our last night rather than moving to Universal a day earlier than planned

We were told that our luggage would be transferred from BWI to Pop for our last night stay.

Do you think we would be able to check in at 3pm get our luggage, rest and shower before our 8pm ADR? How much time should we allow to get back to the park and CG? How about getting back to Pop around 11pm?

I would go straight to Pop and checkin when you leave BWI. Bell services will transfer your luggage to POP by 4pm. If your room at Pop isn't ready when you check in, leave your day bags with bell services there and go to the parks. They will text you when your room is ready. If you do online checkin and let them know that you will Checkin to Pop at say 9am, your room may be ready early(if one is available).
