Hotel to stay at for 1-2 nights

Hi everyone-----was wondering if someone could tell me a hotel to stay at while we visit california in May. We have business in palm springs----but we would like to go to dl and ca so we decided to stay overnight there----we just really need a place to sleep that is within walking distance of both parks so we can get to them easily. there seem to be alot of choices-----any help would be greatly appreciated!

Your choices are so numerous. Even if its not walking distance many offer complimentary shuttle. We were out there 2 yrs ago and only staying 4 days in that particular area so I booked through priceline. I couldnt believe it when we got the Hyatt for $25 a night! It included free shuttle service as well! You might try them if your not picky and just want to be close.

Also go throu some of the older posts on this board, there has been much discussion regarding hotels near Disney.

I stay at the Howard Johnson most. The Park Place Inn is great as well and is as close as you can get without staying at Disney's Grand Californian. Other places that are fine are
The Tropicana
The Park Inn and The Candy Cane Inn (not indicated on the map below but it is there) www.candycaninn.net
