Hello!

We have reservations at ASSports 9/15-9/18 with free dining. I am thinking about going down on Friday instead (to have an extra day for Sea World). I am looking for any "cheap/nice" hotel suggestions. It doesnt matter on or off site--we are open to anything!

TIA :)

Jenny

You can get Comfort Suites Main Gate East for $70 on hotelmartusa.com. My sister and mom stayed there and really enjoyed it. It sleeps up to 6 and haa a free deluxe continental breakfast with fruit, pastries, yogurt and make your own waffles. The pool area was nice too. There are several reviews on the review forum above.

We are looking to stay at Travelodge Suites Eastgate Orange when we go down in Sept. $40 - $50 a night depending on season and I've seen good reviews on it here on dis and at Tripadvisor as well.

We don't use the online booking services for hotels to many reports of disatisfied customers and no recourse for them if they get stuck in a nasty hotel. We book thru AAA get a decent discount an we have AAA to back us or to at least gripe to if things goes wrong.

I just did priceline for our late arrival night in August and got Orlando Vista Hotel by DTD for $42 a night. Also bid on priceline in June for arrival night and got Hampton Inn LBV for $38 a night. Both were 2 1/2 star properties.
